Over the years, through ministry, counseling, leadership, education, and community engagement, we had the opportunity to walk alongside individuals and families facing a variety of life circumstances.

Some were navigating loss.

Some were pursuing growth.

Some were seeking healing.

Some were developing as leaders.

Others were simply trying to determine what their next step should be.

Although every story was different, a common theme continued to emerge.

People were not always asking for answers to life's biggest questions.

 

More often, they were trying to identify the next right step.

What should I focus on now?

What matters most in this season?

Where do I go from here?

 

Over time, those conversations led to a simple but powerful question:

"What's Important Now?"

 

That question became more than a conversation.

It became a way of thinking.

A way of reflecting.

A way of helping people move from awareness to action.

 

As those conversations continued, we discovered that growth often follows a journey.

A journey of learning.

A journey of healing.

A journey of leadership.

A journey of service.

A journey of investing in others.

Those discoveries eventually became the foundation for ThrivePoint and the initiatives that followed.

 

Today, What's Important Now (WIN) continues to create opportunities for individuals, families, organizations, and communities to learn, heal, lead, serve, and multiply.

Because every person begins somewhere.

Every season teaches something.
