These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, programs, services, online bookings, courses, and events. By using our site or registering for any of our offerings, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Terms & Conditions - the basics

By accessing this site or registering for any program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.

​2. Program Eligibility

Our courses and services are open to individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Able to participate fully in the course content

  • Respectful of the Christian principles upon which ThrivePoint is founded

We reserve the right to deny registration to any participant who does not meet these criteria or violates these terms.

3. Registration and Payment

 

To enroll in a ThrivePoint program:

  • You must complete the registration form and submit payment through our secure platform

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration

  • We do not accept cash payments or post-session billing

4. Attendance & Participation

Participants are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled classes or provide notice if absent

  • Engage in assigned readings, reflections, and activities

  • Maintain a respectful and non-disruptive presence in all group settings

  • Uphold confidentiality when participating in counseling, coaching, or leadership sessions

Failure to follow these expectations may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, handouts, presentations, recordings, and digital content are the intellectual property of ThrivePoint Institute or our partners. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared without express written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

ThrivePoint is a Christ-centered institute. All participants, staff, and visitors are expected to:

  • Treat one another with respect and dignity

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inflammatory behavior

  • Engage in discussion with grace and humility, even in disagreement

We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs, website, or events who does not follow this code of conduct.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and store certain personal information during registration and course delivery. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

ThrivePoint Institute does not offer cash or card refunds for courses or services. However, we do offer credit that may be applied to future programs within 12 months of the original purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

By using our website and participating in our programs, you agree that ThrivePoint Institute and its directors, instructors, or volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of course materials

  • Participation in events or coaching sessions

  • Delays, disruptions, or technical issues during online services

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal claims or disputes shall be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
