Credits Only – No Refunds

All purchases, registrations, and bookings are final. ThrivePoint Institute does not issue refunds. However, credit may be applied toward a future course, training, or service within the same 8-week cohort.

Refund Policy - the basics

At ThrivePoint Institute, we understand that life and ministry demands can shift unexpectedly. While we do not offer traditional refunds, we are committed to supporting our students and registrants through a our credit-based policy.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to ThrivePoint Institute are non-refundable, including:

  • Course registrations

  • Workshop or event fees

  • Private coaching or consulting sessions

  • Digital or downloadable materials

Once payment is submitted, we are unable to offer cash, card, or bank refunds under any circumstances—including illness, travel conflicts, missed sessions, or withdrawal from a course.

ThrivePoint Credit System

While we do not issue refunds, participants who are unable to attend or complete a registered course may request to apply their payment as credit toward another ThrivePoint offering with written approval.

 

Credit Conditions

  • Credit must be requested in writing to thrivepointin@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the first scheduled class or event

  • Credits are valid for up to 8-weeks from the date of original purchase

  • Credit may be applied to any ThrivePoint course, workshop, event, or service of equal or lesser value

  • Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original registrant

  • If the replacement course has a higher cost, the participant is responsible for paying the difference.

Rescheduling or Transfers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may contact us to:

  • Reschedule your course (pending availability) at a cost to the individual

  • Receive guidance on how best to use your credit based on your ministry goals

  • To submit a credit request, email us at thrivepointin@gmail.com 

No Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend a session are considered a “no-show” and forfeit any eligibility for credit.

Policy Agreement

By registering for any course or event, you agree to abide by this refund and credit policy. Please contact us before booking if you have any questions or concerns.
